The DeSales University Film Festival (DUFF) annually showcases the best of its students’ short films. Due to the recent events of COVID-19, this year’s Film Festival will be live-streamed on the “DeSales University Film Festival” Facebook page on Saturday, April 18th at 8 pm EST. I will be featured in the short films “Burn,” directed by Sophie Goad, and “931 Miles Away,” directed by Jenn Marinello. Additionally, both films were official selections in the 2020 Greater Lehigh Valley Film Festival.
At the end of the event, all viewers will be asked to cast their vote for their favorite film of the night. The film that receives the most votes will receive the “Audience Choice Award” (The Duffy). The winner of the Duffy will be announced with the winner and runner-up of the Best Overall Film, which will be selected by a jury of TV/Film Alumni.
These results will be announced on the DeSales University Film Festival Facebook page on Sunday, April 19th at 1:00 pm EST.
